What are some of the challenges you faced along the way?
Breaking into a field of work that is highly competitive. How can one do so despite this? through being willing to take a step back and working with humility, even if it means working in an intern kind of role for a sustained period of time. As a result of this can gain the practical guidance, experience and know how of the industry.
Result
The fruits of labour paid off, as could move from starting off in a pharmaceutical company as a Clinical Administrator into a specialised role. This was credited to putting ones all into whichever role in, which people will certainly recognise and reward for.
What advise would you give people on a similar journey?
For people starting off in any role and as part of any industry to not shy away from the opportunities to take up smaller roles, perfect yourself in it and work from there.
What does Self Realisation mean to you?
Self realisation means realising that you are not perfect and doing what is needed to make up for any weaknesses that could stop you from becoming well rounded and highly sort after.
